Due to the nature of our products being edible and intended for consumption, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. This policy is not only in place to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and food safety but also to comply with health and safety regulations that prohibit the resale or redistribution of food items once they have left our premises. Once a product has been delivered, we can no longer verify its storage conditions or potential exposure to contaminants. As such, to protect the wellbeing of all our customers and remain compliant with food handling regulations, all sales are considered final. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
