How to Order Your Personalised Cake Topper:
Choose your material and size from the options.
Need personalisation? Enter personalisation in box provided when checking out and type the name, age, or message you’d like.
After purchasing, Please email the image you would like printed to jojosmakesandbakes@outlook.com
I’ll send you a digital preview to check and approve.
Once approved, your topper will be printed and posted to you.
If no approval is received, your order will be dispatched as shown in the preview/design as I feel best fits the topper.

Image Sizing
Images you send will be resized to best fit the topper size you ordered while keeping the original proportions (no stretching or squashing).
If you need your image printed at a specific size, please include the measurements when sending your image. If no size is given, I’ll print it as large as possible within the topper size selected.

To get a lovely, clear topper, I need a good-quality image.
I can only print a high-quality photo if a high-quality image is provided. Please keep this in mind before sending.
Please don’t send: Screenshots, Photos of printed photos, Very old or blurry pictures, Non-digital images
For best results, send: High-resolution images, File types: JPEG or PNG

Material Options:
Wafer Paper
Light and delicate, the wafer paper toppers (0.35mm thick, slightly transparent) are ideal for flat designs. Perfect for elegant, subtle decoration.
Wafer Card
Need a bit more structure? Our wafer card (0.7mm thick) offers a firmer option, great for standing decorations or designs that need durability — all while remaining 100% edible.
Icing Sheets
For bold, vibrant colours and high-resolution detail, icing sheets are the perfect choice. These flexible toppers are easy to peel and apply to buttercream, royal icing, or fondant — no cracking, no fuss.

Storage & Freshness
To maintain quality, store toppers flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Each order includes a food-safe storage bag for convenience.
Shelf life: Up to 6 months when sealed and stored properly.
Do not refrigerate or freeze.

Delivery Information
• We aim to make and dispatch your order within two working days. Please allow slightly longer if ordering over a weekend or bank holiday.
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class.
For UK deliveries Royal Mail aim to deliver within 3 weekdays.
For international delivery please allow 3-5 days for Europe and 6-7 days Worldwide.
Please take this into account when placing your order to ensure your toppers arrive in time for your special occasion.
